Laser Cutting is a specialty service at Wilson cutting systems with five high-speed precision laser cutting machines. The 9000 Fiber Watt Laser is our most powerful laser is able to handle our largest sheet sizes and cut the thickest and thinnest of materials with no issue.

Wilsons Cutting Systems has several automatic storage unload and load towers that connect to different lasers in our warehouse. These towers are set up to make the most of green light time for the different lasers. Each of the towers have multiple pallets that have the ability to hold a little over 6000 lbs each. The automatic systems from the towers allow for fast unloading and reloading of the lasers. With this system set up, we are able to accomplish our goal in less than five minutes for every sheet of steel.
We can laser cut up to ¾ inch of steel with our lasers. Three of our lasers are built with auto-load and unload towers. This allows us to arrange our equipment with a mix of sheet sizes, thicknesses, and quantities for higher-volume rapid cutting without an attendee. Not only do we offer the laser cutting of flat parts, we also have CNC Turrets. We are able to cut and piece over two million parts per year in our facility. All of our lasers are new machines with top-notch features like flying light properties, linear drives, and beam adjustments which result in tight tolerance parts. You will be shocked that we have the cleanest edge cuts in the industry. We can assist with your overall costs as a result of our machine speeds and operations. In addition, we reduce your secondary grinding and fit-up costs on your work lines. The lasers in the facility can bare up to 6’ x 12’ sheets of material and our quality software maximizes material usage. We assure you through our Fabrivision Laser Scanner and documents that we have made parts based upon your drawings. We deliver high-quality, speedy, high-value products and services.
